My Loving Mother

My mother is a housewife. She is fairly educated and kind-hearted. Her affection towards me and my sister is boundless. She is a pious lady. She recites from the scriptures and prays to God everyday. When I fall sick, she becomes very anxious. She passes sleepless nights by my bed-side. She prepares delicious dishes for us. She cleans and irons our school uniform. She loves me very much. My mother wakes me up early in the morning. She serves us breakfast and makes us ready for the school. She gives us tiffin for the school. She takes all the steps to send us to school in proper time. My mother tells us many interesting tales and legends. She always helps me and my sister in preparing our class lessons. She gives alms to the beggars, and helps the poor and the destitute. She looks after the family with keen interest.
