Importance OF Physical Exercise

“Health is wealth” – so goes the proverb. A real happy man is one who has good health. A man, however poor he may be, can enjoy life best if he is physically fit. So physical fitness is most important in our life. To a person of ill health, wealth or education has little or no value. He always suffers from various diseases. Everything in life seems to be tasteless to him. So what is the use of vast wealth and education to him? Without sound health we cannot have sound mind so essential to do anything great. Only nutrient food is not enough to keep us physically fit. Besides nutrient food, we also need regular exercise for good health. Regular physical exercise helps us to enjoy good health. We should bear in mind that only the healthy citizens can build a wealthy nation. So we should acquire the habit of physical exercise right from the beginning of our life for our physical fitness.
